Anyone know whats in the auto bailout bill?

The way understand it is that Ford and GM, (not Chrysler) will receive 25 or 50 billion dollars in a loan (yes a Loan) to develop new engines, electic cars and hybrid cars. My boss is keeping close tabs on it cause he wants new business in the form of new machines for the new technologies.
I guess the house of reps has passed it and it is now in the Senate getting looked at, needs a vote from them and then to Prez Bush. Who knows it may take a few months yet for the money to flow.

I first heard that Xsler would not get money cause it is owned by those 8astards at Cerburus, which is a private equity company and they have piles and piles of money.

All they have to do is copy Honda and Toyota they seem to have it figured out.
