Bobcat hydraulic level

I have a Bobcat 643B. Unfortunately, I don't have a manual for it. I don't see a way to check the hydraulic fluid level; that is, no dipstick.

I do see a threaded plug below the hydraulic filler cap. Do you just add fluid until it runs out the hole?

Your help will be appreciated.

Hi Camp

On mine there is a little round glass window in the left loader frame (hydraulic reservoir) oil must
be visible in the window.

Alot of the older Bobcats had a drain petcock in the side of the tank, (probably in the place of the plug you see) to check the oil level, but removing the plug will accomplish the same thing. So yes your on the right track.

I have a 600 the small 1/4 inch plug is on the right side of the skidloader down behind the front wheel there will be two of them top one is full bottom one low on fluid they are a bout 4 inches apart
