Assume you are talking about the 3ph hitch. Dont know about that model but the usual cause for something like that is worn o rings in the cylinder that raises the 3ph. If the 7210 has one or 2 cylinders on the outside you are ahead of the game since you can get to them without taking apart the rear end housing. If it has two cylinders I would rebuild both.
