The James from Boulet's that was supreme at Madison was Grand at the Royal today too!Rumor has it he bought her for less than 5 thousand,she was dry and open,so an expensive cull cow really.She just went 97 points before Madison,was also Supreme champion at the Royal in 06,and will likely be again there tomorrow.

Going to the Royal today too. Yell "buickanddeere" if you see some stressed looking guy with a mustache, 6'2" blond wife and three very tall pre-teen kids.

Comparing the wrong type of cattle. They will no doubt flush her and get many embryo to sell at a big price propably trasfer some for calves to sell at big buck add no doubt have a contract for a bull to go to an AI stud. It was a gamble but look at the genetic's that have been saved. Now saying that. Why was she open? Are they passing that gene along. We had a Excellent we took to flush and did not get it done her uterous whould fill with mucus so no take. Her daughters and grand daughter breed right back. I know Pierre is flushing her dam,has some shottle sisters selling in Toronto this weekend,don't know about the James herself though.He's calved her out a few times already now,so 5 grand for a 2 time Royal champion and Madison champion looks mighty cheap indeed.The judge at Madison said she's his favorite cow of all times,that's quite a mouthfull in itself.I have no idea why she wasn't in calf when he bought her.
