Gene Bender/Super six Question

Gene; How was the bucket dump activated/released ? I just ran a cable from the bucket release to the light bar but that is very unhandy. On the other hand I am not sure that the release is original to the loader but it does work well.

Thanks, Rollie

Gene I"am interseted in the same Question, I"am also setting up a super six loader. Rollie has been good enough to send photos which are helping in a great way. Dan

There was a pretty good latch with two springs and if kept well greased up it worked good. Wasnt that hard to trip and the bucket returned to the locked position when the springs were adjusted. The neat thing on the Super Six was the bucket was always parallel to the ground so nothing fell off the back. We used a 1/2 rope tied to the light bar made it easy to grab. Dad bought it in 47 mounted on an F-20 with the Char-Lynn power pac on the PTO. Then in 49 when the M was new it went on the M. Si dont know if they changed the trip assy as the one we had worked great
