Looks like it could be a Deere, but my judgement could be "clouded".

I'll bet the plans for a riding mower with a yellow seat are still "up in the air".

Right now the price on this one is probably "sky high".

JD has made some fine tractors through the years, but some of their fans are sick, or just have too much time and money on their hands. Novel? Yes, but been me, I'da rather put the money and time into fabrication' somethin' equally whimsical and entertainin' with an old JD make-or-break one-lunger that stayed on the ground and actually did somethin'.
