0T Broccali and cheese

Does anybody have a good broccali, rice and cheese casserole recipe? Ive tried a couple different one and none are as good as the one in the pic. This one was made by a friend while i was in the military and i have lost contact with him. Was part of a big thanksgiving feast we had while deployed to germany.

From the pic it looks like there is cream of mushroom soup in the mix. That color of cheese reminds me of cheese wiz or someting similar.
 
I'll bet the cheese is Campbell s cheese soup.

I use that in my Goulash.

I use macaroni shells and prepare the regular way.

fry 1 lb hamburg just until cooked, chopping it into various sizes.--drain off grease.

add one qt Ragu meat sauce with peppers, and simmer for 15 min.

drain Macaroni and while hot add a can of Campbell s concentrated Cheese soup and a Can of Campbell s concentrated Mushroom soup, Do not dilute with water.

Stir in Hamburg mixture and enjoy.
 
Looks like cheese whiz or velveta.Friend gave me a jar of cheeze whiz, the contents line is hard to read but theres no cheese in the jar.Cheddar is the only cheese worth using in a casserole.My wife makes one with macaroni and cheddar cheese that is excellent.I will post the recipe if you promise not to put the yellow goo in it.We use butter,whole milk, real mayo,olive oil,fresh eggs.All the substitutes are nasty.
