Farmall Cub Furrowing Attachment?

I have a Farmall Cub, and I am not sure how to arrange the cultivator attachment to make furrows for planting corn. My Cub is equipped only with a cultivator frame and several standards with sweeps. Can someone tell me how to arrange the cultivator attachment to make planting furrows?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I did look at the farmall cub website, and I used the disk hillers to make a furrow as outlined on the site. This technique worked, but I thought there may be another way. Since I new to using my cub, I want to become versed in as many techniques as possible.

Thanks again for your reply.

The rear cultivator plows that plow out wheel tracks are perfect for "laying off" rows if wheels are spaced at 40 inches center to center.

Thanks JBP. Forgive my ignorance, but just so I understand the technique, I use the rear cultivator plows that plow out the wheel tracks to lay off my first set of rows. How do I keep the proper spacing between the rows when I lay out my second set of rows? When I used the disc hiller, I use the wheel tracks as a guide for my next row.

Just turn at end of last row and place wheel in last plow track and you will have one more perfectly spaced row furrow. Proceed until you have all ground laid off. Good luck.

My dad always used "hilliers" to "row-up" a garden. The are a matched set (left-Right) moldboard looking implement that attach under the belly of the cub (1948 cub)
