Dumb rock needs help

I"m not the smartest rock in the creek!!!Wondering if any one has installed a Joy stick loader valve on a 706? My son finally got all the glass in the cab, made it weather tight, Did great work!!.Now comes the loader valve/Joy stick operation.Planning on mounting it to the cross panel that helps holds the arms apart.Yesterday U.P.S. delivered the package, and inside was the Valve, joy stick, Cables, Mounting bracket for
the stick. NOTHING ELSE. No schematic, Nothing.!
Planning to template the valve for a mounting bracket to see if it will work on the cross over panel. Part number for the valve that was ordered and delivered from Surplus center #9-7725-78.We have 3 Hyd ports on 706. Want to use ports on drivers side front. Today is Sat and no anwser from Surplus center They just take ordering info. Valve made by MINCO out of Sturtavant Wis. weighs 39 lbs complete. Looks strong. But what do I Know? Like Sgt Schultz says "I know Nothing, Nothing"Could use some EXPERT ADVICE> The ports marked P1 and T2 are for the tractor hydraulic ports, but which one to the valve so it will operate right. Now the ones marked A1, A2, B1, B2 go for controlling the arms on the loader and bucket tilt, but the valve also has a float on it, so which one goes to where? Valve also has a regenerative circuit built in.We would like to have the float work on the arm part of the loader, not the bucket tilt. Any help from you guys would be greatly Appreciated. as I stated in the beginning"I"m not the smartest rock in the stream" Thanks LOU

Try Googling the valve manufacture or the valve modle number and just add schematic or hookup and see what comes up. Be suprised what might be out there.

That's the ugliest tractor I ever saw................. Be glad to take it off your hands to save you any embarrassment........
Pulling this right out of my a$$, but I'd say that P2 is the input, T2 is output (to connect it in series w/ your hydraulic feed line from pump)

A1 & 2 go to frt loader etc (2 sticks)

and B1 & 2 are return lines for each that go back to the reservoir.

Good Luck,

Dave

Tried Googling. NOTHING. Looks like another fellow was trying to find schamatic for his valve. No LUck. Thanks for information

I think the company is known as Nimco Controls Inc
and the telephone number is 262-884-0950. They should have a schematic. Hal

Had several offers like yours. LOL. Just tinted the windows so we wouldnt be embarassed.Problem solved with the embarrasment aspect LOL
Looked on Google and Nothing. Looked up Prince schematic.( Showed one for Power beyond)OUR valve doesn"t require P.B. .Shows A1 is for boom lowered,B1 for boom raise/A2 for bucket tip./B2 is for bucket roll back/,T is for return line and P/for pressure line. Don't know if it is same from one Mfg to another.
Still Like Sgt Schultz. thanks for Information.

Thanks for phone # Probably have to wait till Monday and see if they will be kind enough to supply us with the schematic.Hopefully some one in this forum has one. Thanks again

Do you have an air compressor? If so hook it to the port that says pressure in(supply to valve). Should have air coming out the out port (discharge). Now move up, down, float valve and note air movement. You want joy to move to the back to raise loader boom: move foward loader boom down and float. If you set joy stick to operate with right hand move stick sideways to left bucket rolls back; joystick to right bucket dumps. You do not need a lot of air pressure for this test. As you find your ports mount your hoses finger tight and when you have them the way you want them tighten fittings and test with tractor running. More questions?? E-mail is open. Armand

P2 line goes to the pump
T2 line goes to the tank
A1 & A2 are a circuit (in and out for cylinder)
B1 & B2 are a circuit (in and out for cylinder)
