You may prefer music but I prefer Barbie Benton or even Misty Rowe. Miss Mandrel is pretty doggone attractive and talented as well.

Growing up in the late 60s and 70s, if it wasnt led zep or the stones I refused to listen. The rest were all establishment bands....However mom started treating the family to Xmas concert tickets at the old Fox theater in Salina Ks...saw Barbra Mandrel and John Denver and a few others I used to scoff at. Big mistake, especially glad to have heard J. Denver before his ill fated flight...wonderful singer, fantastic. Same with Barbra.

Thanks James ! Brought back the memory that I did get to meet String bean and Grandpa at a show place near here called "Paradise Park" only a couple years just before String bean and his wife was murdered.

Just love the ,as grand pa called it the
"Hammer claw style pickin"

Bobby Thompsan is a guy Who never seemed to want any credit or the limelight ..., If You watch Close ,you can see him on Hee Haw sliding away from the scene ,... His Sound Carried the Hee HAW Show ,, And was unmistakable and 2nd to no one... , BUT HIS MUSIC Lead picking and Background IS IN EVERTHING from CW Mcalls stuff to Elvis ,,,
lately I have been exploring Bob Wills , Tommy Duncan and the Texas Playboys ,, now that was a truly handsome and Wholesome sound for the Times.......
