Well I tried the advice of taking out the screen at the end of the fuel live just before it goes into the carb. I was a little dissapointed to find it clean as can be. I stood there a minute and thought it has to be in the carb but I was a little scared to open it up as I have never done much carb work. I thought I dont have anything now I just as well give it a shot! Took it apart and to my delight it has a very simple carborator and I figured that the float valve was sticking. Took it out and cleaned it up with some carb cleaner, put it back together and no extra parts! turned on the gas and away she went! I guess sometimes you just have to give something new a try!
