I still can’t get clutch to disengage on 71 Economy power king. In second gear the clutch will disengage (slip) but once you take your foot off the break it will go with the clutch in. I have tried all suggestions from this site given weeks ago. Any other recommendations?

No insult intended, but you couldn't have tried all the suggestions or it would be figured out by now. There is nothing unique about that little clutch setup unless something has been swapped. It uses all standard parts and nothing made by Power King.
Theres a flywheel, disk, pressure plate, and probably a three-speed Crosley car transmission.
Did you check with the trans removed to make sure the disk turns free when you push down on the pressure plate fingers?
Did you check to make sure the transmission input shaft turns freely in the pilot hole at the end of the crankshaft?
Did you check to make sure the throwout bearing pushings down the pressure plate fingers far enough via the foot pedal?
