So all the sudden my lights quit workin... They will be bright then dim way down. I replaced the switch that runs them..(it needed it) however didnt solve the problem. Im guessing I now need to look to make sure all grounds are good. Any other suggestions??

The lights are grounded through the fender and frame. Build -up of dirt and rust at contact points (frame to axle) is usually a major cause of inconsistent lighting. Could be a loose or exposed live wire connection. Switch could be going bad but I would bet money on the ground from experience. Direct connect ground of light to ground of battery as a test to see if that is it.

If your 3020 is a 24V diesel, the little ground wire that connects the "jumper" cable that connects the rear post of both batteries to ground might be defective. If that little ground wire goes open, none of the 12V stuff
(lights, gas gauge, etc) will work. Some have only a solid ground wire, others have a breaker or fuse inline.
