Question for Dick L about tin barns

You posted a pic of a nice collection of ag toys and one in particular caught my eye. It was the middle tin barn of the three on the top shelf, might it say "Lazy Day Farm ' on the end we could not see? My older brother had one like that, and I made one from wood for my son , with that same cut away roof. Sure brought back some memories.

That brings back memories. I had 2 of those tin barn farm sets. My cousin had the deluxe set with the basement barn. Boy,was I jealous. Dad built a wooden barn for me for the larger 1/16th toy tractors. Had the cow stable and all. Sliding doors on coat hanger tracks. I built one like it for my son and later another 2 for the grandkids. Somewhere around,Dad had a picture of the one that Grandpa had built for him.

Both of the bigger barns on the top shelf say [SUNNYFIELD FARMS] They are both Ohio Art barns.

How ever the barn back in the corner does say Lazy Day Farm

I have several boxes of the animals that went with those barns as well. They were just white but I painted a bunch of them when I set up the toy room.

The Lazy Day Farm barn was a Marx barn and I have another Marx shed.

One of my better Marx finds was this tractor that was and has never been out of the box. I picked up the blade and man in the paper to look at it and put it back.
