I know this is not tractor related, but here are some shots of stonework my friend and I did for an estate in N.J. a few years ago.

looks great , but I don't see any deadman placements
to hold the walls or are they already covered.

Impressive job. Do you have any idea what the customer does for a living? Wall Street?

Larry if you can do that kind of work you won't starve to death ever. I've always wished I could do that. I'm impressed I love stone work, that is an absolute art of which only a few can do. Keep the pictures coming bro.

Hi Larry, really nice job! They do a lot of that down here in N M Interesting part is there is never any waste, every bit of stone is used and it looks as good on both sides,as they use this type of wall for yard seperations down here!......Jim in N M

not working too much right now with the cold , but have some work lined up for the spring . Things are alot slower now and probably going to get worse. At least we know how to grow a garden, a whole lot of people dont. Got our freezer full and alot canned. Still eating winter squash from the garden.

Would that make you a "Stoner"? LoL Kestrel on here build a big stone fence and posted pictures a while ago. Pretty impressive work. Dave

Hey Vito can I be you and Larry's manager? I don't want much just build me something like you and Larry's pictures and I can live in the carriage house because I couldn't afford the utilities. Great work guys!! I just need a beer garten.

CT,
I am sure both of us could get that done for you.Just finished doing a partial remodel on a bar/resturant.

Vito

Great photos. Impressive work.
Did you know?
Winston Churchill was a union stone mason. Maintained that alliance with the unions all his life even though he was a Conservative. He learned to set stone during his years in the political wilderness between the wars. Was First Lord of the Admiralty in WWI - like our Secretary of the Navy. He had some improvements done on his own estate and took such an interest in the stonework and the stoneworkers that they taught him their trade and allowed him into their Guild. We all know what he did when he returned to power in 1940.
You were in good company.
