I have a set of 8.00-14 or 7.10-15 tire chains I bought for my 65 chevy back in 65. I would like to find out what tires they will fit now days. Thanks, Stan

If I remember right a 235-75R-15 is the same size as the 7.50X15 is/was so that one chain would probably be like a 215 or 225 75R-15. Been way to many years since I was working in a tire shop. Since back when I was working in the tire shop was at the same time my 2nd daughter was born and if I remember right she is now 25 or is that 26.

Any good farm supply will have components to lengthen them or you can cut them off for smaller tires. I cut off a set like you described and use them on my Honda 4-wheeler.

I'm the same way, got some that fit the 1968 f100 855/15 tires. Now we have 235/16, Do you think they will fit? I could have the 10 year old boy try this afternoon.I do have one more chain, but there a diferent stile, no little x welded to the chain. Thank's The county used big deer loader pushed it all back, two years in a row ,they do that and no more snow, I want to see how high it will get !!! Ha.
