I'm getting ready to buy a box blade and I was wondering what size to buy.I have a Ford 2000 3 cyl diesel. any suggestions? Thanks Mike

I have 10 ft box scraper on wheels, and depending how much work, and how quickly you want to get done, I've pulled mine just playing around smoothing the driveway with an Oliver 66, but if you want to big things my 9150 DA 160hp does a lot better. All jokes aside one of the handiest thing to fill low places, small ditches etc that I ever purchased.

I have a 6ft box blade behind a NH3930 4wd. When it gets a good bite, it will drag the tractor down fast.

I think a 5 footer is all you would want behind a 2000 if you are tearing up hard ground. If you"re moving loose, already worked up soil, maybe a 6 footer.
