Years ago, when I lived in a smoggy city, the tree huggers always advertised never to mow your grass during the day because 1 lawmover pollutes more than 100 automobiles.
If Al Gore sees that photo, he will have a hemorrhage.
 
Upper shroud should have model and series number stamped in it and you can look it up at B&S .com It doesn't look that old maybe 70ish.
 
The definition of old and it's relationship to the 70's is relative.
To some it's almost new. To others, nearly prehistoric.
 
Oh Yea, I keep forgetting that. I restored a tractor that I sold new in 1979, the buzzword I heard from my kids were Dad that's an antique say what?
 
looks like somebodies machine shop final exam project...its neat but not very practical.
 
Nope, they are almost all very dirty and would cost 4 times more to use a FI system, temp control, and FI. It will come! Jim
