Honda 5.5 pressure washer update

Geez! After swapping carburetors, cleaning the old plug twice, I found out is was indeed the spark plug! It would have good spark after it shut off, but I guess when it got hot it failed. Goes to show, never overlook the obvious!

Thanks, I got one of those, hasn"t failed yet, but if it does, will check plug first! My Honda has been a real dependable unit.

bet it was a champion brand plug.

Mine did the exact same thing with a NGK plug. Have seen it also happen in other engines lately; maybe its the gas???
