Anyone using Netflix ? Like , pros/cons . Are you streaming off the internet or getting DVDs? What types of plan and cost ?

been doing it for about six months now, I don't know what the cost is but I believe you meet the monthly fee with your second dvd per month. The gas savings pays for most of the fee. I watched a few from streaming when I was sick and that worked well, and they have for me at least plenty available. So I would say that it works very well.

$9, son watched a bunch, hard disk got here the next day and you could make a play list for when you returned one they would send the next selection. Canceled, all movies on net for free.

I really enjoy Netflix. I have the one DVD out at a time plan and it costs $8.99 and comes to $9.62 per month with the tax.

With that plan you also get unlimited streaming video over the Internet. You can watch it on computer, or on TV through a PS3 or Wii or Roku player.

IF there is a need they have excellent customer service.

Most everyone I have ever visited with about Netflix gets a great turn around time for DVDs. As an example I return a DVD on Monday, they get it on Tuesday and mail out my next selection and I get it on Wednesday. Return on Thursday and I get the next on Saturday.

If I watch the DVD earlier in the day and drive to the post office to put it in the outgoing mail I can get more than two per week. Too much hassle when I have streaming ones via the Net.

I just received one month trial cards yesterday to give to others. The trial is generally a two week period but these are for four. I'll send you or others a card until they are gone if you'll ask. Just post here and I'll figure out how to unlock my email or will send to yours.

My DVDs come out of Wichita or Oklahoma City and I get the same turn around time from either facility.

started using about a month ago. Watch streaming video on the TV via wii. Works great even on our 1.5 mb dsl line. It will pause on occasion to readjust for our band width but never gets choppy or lost any signal. I was supprised.
Have had a few dvd"s come damaged and unplayable. And I have not recieved a movie that was suppose to be here Thursday.

As for the unplayable dvd"s. I just got on the web site and reported it. They then just shipped another.

Let you know about the unrecieved dvd, when I report it tonight.

I have netflix and love it. I get it on my computer, xbox, and Wii also 2 dvd"s about every week in the mail. I would recommend if you do get it to step up to the 2 dvd"s at a time especially if you have a family with kids that can"t watch the movie you have received. You should also have at least 1 meg download for viewing online movies or it breaks up a little bit. They have a free trial series to sign up. If you don"t like it just cancel. Good luck
