While planting today, I noticed the tractor ws lugging when it shouldnt have been and was pulling to the left. Jump out and smelt brakes, touched the left brake housing and pretty much burned me fingers. Parking brake was not one, My left brake pedal you hardly have to push and it makes the hyd pump squel, this is wwhen it is running, when the tractor is off, it is like the pedal is froze, I cant push it at all, like there is trememndous pressue on it for some reason. I have the IT manual and it doesnt help me troub;e shoot, i know nothing aboutt the brakes on a case. Very frustrating, I want to get on my beans. Any pointers? comparing left to right all I see is the left "actuator?" has about 1" or more of the rod showing between it and the housing, right side is only maybe a 1/4". please advise, please please please.

It sounds like the auto adjuster over adjusted. Spin the notched adjusting nut back up the threaded rod so there is freeplay. You can disconect the little spring on the adjuster paw to get buy. May be something bent that lets the paw engage on the adjuster nut all the time, and tighten the break every time you apply it.

Marlin2's response on CASE forum is very probable also. Check the adjuster as I mentioned first since that is much easier. If that appears ok then on to the boost spool.
