Question for Ford Truck gurus

I recently bought a 1967 F-600, and I can't identify which engine is in it. I have a cabover C-750 1967 Ford, and it has a 391 (basically a beefed up 390 for truck use) and this engine is obviously in the same series (FE/FT). Does anyone know how to distinguish between the 330, 361, and 391 truck engines?

Have a good friend that is a Ford parts man, I asked him the same question one time, He said without the tag on the valve cover or pulling a head to check bore and stroke ,it can be tough.

You can tell the difference by measuring the stroke.

Put a straw in a cylinder and measure the total distance traveled.

Pulled the below from Wiki.
330 3.38"
352 3.50"
360 3.50"
390 3.78"
