I pass by this every day on the way home from visiting my mom . I look at it and imagine a green house, I know if old drove by it it would be on the back of his truck I might just pick it up but that would mean another project to think about. It is sitting in front of the house and is for free.

Looks like the frame for a bench type swing. You should pick it up build a bench for it and take it to your moms place so she can sit in her yard and enjoy the spring days

Those also work great to hang small tractor parts on for spray painting.
