Does anyone know how much pressure the clutch master cylinder developes on a 1996 Ford Ranger?

JM is right about the short stroke. If you"re replacing the clutch and have the flywheel resurfaced, you need to add a shim on the crank to make up for lost thickness. This is critical because the clutch will engage right off of the floor. Our company has a "98 Ranger with a worn crankshaft thrust bearing that messes us up.
