Lots of pics!

Had my toys out today for a photo shoot. They are a '57 Super 88 Oliver Diesel with a Oliver 3-16 plow, 49' Farmall M with a # 60 3-14 plow and a 35' Allis WC and allis 2-16 plow.

Hope you enjoy!

Really nice family of tractors and plows. Really nice CASE trailer plow, I wish it was in my pics. rather than yours.LOL. I like working tractors much better than Parade Stars.

That is a great collection, especially with the correct brand plows. I grew up on a '36 WC and pulled a #2 plow like that probably a zillion miles. Have a small favor to ask, does that '35 WC have the casting date on the tranny and rear end? The dates are on the right hand side of the tranny and on the rear end where the right hand frame rail is mounted. You won't see the whole date on the rear end because most of it is covered by the frame rail but you should be able to see part of it (without removing the frame rail)
Thanks, Harry

really nice pictures, heres a good question, would you rather plow with the oliver or the M ? be honest., they are both your tractors and we want to hear your thoughts lol

Thanks for sharing, good looking "toys".

Ever wonder why, after all of the advancements in technology, why tractors cannot be built today to last like these have?

Can't really say I feel sorry for you calling old working machines toys. Why don't you get a little yellow rubber duck and a milk bottle to suck and whine. No body really cares about your rusted junk.

Thanks guys. As to which id rather plow with i cant really say as i just got the oliver. But the oliver plow is a very nice plow and does a great job. It was just a little much for my M to handle. I think the Oliver will be my favorite once i get her plowing, it runs so smooth and i really like the diesel (plus i can fill it out of the farm tanks and not have to haul the gas in 5 gallon cans!).
My M and the #60 are a great match and i really enjoy plowing with it.

Ill take a look at my WC and see if i can find the csting codes for you. The serial # is 10xxx. It has the cast iron oil pan on it. My grandpa bought it used in the early 40's and put a corn picker on it. When i was in high school i rebuilt the motor, it had spun a main bearing in the 60's running a old vermeer tiling machine. My grandpa was killed shortly after and he never got it fixed.

Nice looking toys.Glad to see you get them out of the toy box. Also looks to be a good looking farm.Great place,Great toys, Good weather judging by pictures.Makes for a great day. Thanks for sharing.BlaineF(WA) :)

Makes me want to go and get my 2-14 JD at my brother-in-laws place that has been there for 35 years and do some pull type plowing again. Great pictures.

Bet you enjoy a bottle of beer and a tavern to go to so you can impress your friends. What ever happened in your life to remove support and encouragement for your fellow man? We all enjoy efforts of others and their choice of thing to use. Your gotta find YOUR Life is wasted on envy,!! LOU

You're gonna love that Oliver for field work- nothing like a smoooooth 6 cyl diesel, and you're up there in the air where you can see the scenery!

I was trying to disk with an 8N Ford about 35 years ago, and neighbor INSISTED that I borrow his Oliver 77 diesel- I was instantly hooked. When I took it back, I told him I'd thought about seeing if he'd have noticed if I brought the N back instead of the 77. He suggested that I could sell the N for enough to get an Ollie of my very own- so I did.

Nice Pics Mustang, I've done some time on at least two of them can't say I've enjoyed the WC but did a lot of time on the M and a little on the 88
