Had carb rebuilt, came back all jets screwed in cant get motor to run tried lots of options SEEKING advice on settings to at least get it started Like how many turns for air how many turns for needle valve? thanks for help

Just back out the main jet needle, bottom of carb, several turns , like 5 to start with. The other two screws, one is idle speed on throttle and one is idle fuel air mixture, not critical to get it running, maybe one too two turns out. Make sure you are getting gasoline into carb bowl by taking out the plug on bottom of carb. Float needle may have stuck shut, if so give it a rap with a plastic screwdriver or equiv.

ok tried that it started but wont run long enough to adjust also during the minute or so it runs throat of carb gets very cold any more suggestions

Throat will get cold but should not freeze so will not run in that short of a time. If it runs for a minute or so, make doubly sure you have good solid stream of gas available at the inlet to carb from fuel tank, and then again it should have a good continuous flow through carb with that plug out. Just sounds like you are not getting enough gasoline into carb to keep it going. Why was carb repaired in the first place.

repaired because tractor just wont run longer than a minute was told it had lots of old crap builtup in it thanks for help I just keep tryin
