I really enjoy the posts from Adirondack case guy and larry@stinescorner. They just posted their bounty from their gardens. I have not put out a full garden the last several years. The wife"s health is not the best. There fore canning is out. She would "have" to help and she can"t do so with out getting sick. So I just plant a few tomatoes and sweet corn.
I explained,in an earlier post, that the rest home on the back of my farm has garden spots on a small field of mine. I have been getting flooded with produce this summer. LOL I need to start locking my pickup. I was visiting a friend this last week and came out to find the front seat full of potatoes and squash. I hate to disappoint the folks there for their kindness so we use what we can and I give the rest to my kids.
