Wondering if there are any good folks that need a place to put there tractor & plow in the ground and put them to the test? Do you know how to make a mighty nice furrow? prepare a seedbed? This is the first attempt to organize and have some fun and show how farming with yesterday tractors did there job, Since still organizing nothing in ink: so: weekends are 30st Oct.; 6th Nov.; etc
Thus,
1st Central Texas Plow Days in Hamilton Texas. Close to FM 932 and county line for location. This is in the planning phase until you commit to attend, Your input is welcomed to organize, come and have some fun, I"m supplying the farmland and hold harmless agreement...low rock potential. Hey Fred,
Sounds like a great idea. It's a bit far away for me, but I'd like to see more of this going on around here. I'm located between Hearne and Franklin on U.S. 79 N. of Bryan / College Station.

WE are having ours in Cooke County Nov. the 7th. If you cant get a group together come up our way and we will let you shine up your plow.

That location sounds like it's in between the big cities of Ireland and Aleman TX. I'm in the metropolis of Mound, where men are men are the sheep are nervous. I think we're in the lowest spot in the county as the Leon always gets out of banks here first.

Speaking of the river, you must be real close to it toward Jonesboro if you're not worried about rocks in your field cause I'm in the excavation business and know all about this Central Texas rock. There ain't but one of 'em in Coryell County, but it's underneath the whole county about a foot down.
