I have a wood bandsaw that I am setting up. Cuts 36" x 20 foot logs. My problem is I have 2" blades and don t have a tooth setter. Is there somewhere I can buy one cheap or plans to make one. Thanks, Don from Canada

My friend has a "Wood Miser" He Bought the set up like you say for his He found it Cheaper to send blades back to have reset and sharpened.
He orders them in 6 in a lot, Keeps 6 on stock for breakage reasons.
He says when they do the sharpening they also put them through a heat treating that he can't do and they last longer.
When he sharpens and sets his although they cut as well sometimes will break easier.
The other good is they also check for stress weaknesses and will give him other blades.
