Mead Speedcat

I have a mead speedcat that was sitting in a yard for years. I was told it ran when they parked it. I am thinking about restoring it or selling it. I really feel that if I clean it up it will run again. Any info or suggestions are appreciated.

TC, Getting the motor started is only half the battle. Inspect the undercarrage closley. I have a 16hp Struck, am impressed with what you can do with these small crawlers.
Biggest mistake I made was,spending more fixing it than I could get out of , if I ever decided to sell it.
