Electric over hydraulic trailer brakes

Hey guys I got my cattle trailer and it's got a carlisle electric over hydraulic actuator on it but not hooked up. Is there anyway to test this box? If it is bad is there any ways to rebuild it? Also ive got a 09 f350 will the IBC work with this box? Thank you
 
I have the same setup on a gooseneck flatbed. You can look up the wiring diagram on line. Carlisle has a website. I think the white wire going in the box is ground and the blue is the brake wire. I had a problem with mine and the instructions on the website has a test procedure. You hook a battery directly to the wires. All the box is, is an electric pump. When you push the pedal the pump runs until the brakes get tight. I had to buy a prodigy controller to get it to work correctly.
