Timing a Deutz engine

Need help. Friend has just rebuilt the engine
in a skid steer with Deutz engine and is at a loss
as to how to get the timing correct. Need source
close to West Ky or West Tn. Thanks.

There are special tools to set the timing on those engines. What skid loader is this in? Also if you have the service manual for the engine they show you how to do it.

Is that the Deutz with the timing belt?
