7.3 gaskets

Need to change glow plugs on 95 7.3 Ford.,was quoted 130.00 dollars each for valve cover gaskets.I thought Deere was high on thier gaskets, Does anyone know of a more cost friendly seller? thanks GP

The gaskets are reuseable, provided the terminals are good where the wires go through you wont need to replace them. Its's kinda hard to explain but once you look at them you'll see its pretty easy to check inside the plug for melted terminals. Use a piece of vacuum tubing slid over the terminal to unscrew the glowplugs after you break them loose. Good Luck!

They are high because they are also a wire harness for the injectors and glowplugs.

dorman makes a kit with the injector and glowplug harness included for about $90 each kit #615-202

summit racing has them listed for about 50.00 each part number is Dorman / Valve Cover Gasket
