Better pictures of impliment

Here is some better pictures of my impliment. The shanks are space out right. One point is missing. Does anyone know what color it is supposed to be, and who might have made it. Thanks to all who have help or will help.

I still believe it is a sub-soiler. The definition can be blurred to include many things, but it looks to my eyes like a device for extending into the hardpan of a clay based field to let roots get deeper and water to drain into deeper soil horizons.
It would be too spaced out to make a tillage tool. and the chisel points are not that wide. Sunk into the ground to the hilt, will tax that M if it is in soil that needs its services. Jim
 
I think that might be a Cockshutt field cultivator with some shanks missing. How deep will it go?
