Little Tractor - Simplicity - Ballpark value?

Probably way to small for this board but knew you all could at least send me in a direction.
Long time and very good client is now willing to part with their Simplicity Regent 4108. Probably a 1978 give or take a couple years. They bought it new, always serviced through a dealer, and probably hasn"t seen more than a few hours use over the past 10 years, but yet serviced. Snowblower attachment, cutting deck, and I think a leaf sweeper or rake? Hard to tell on the leaf item due to where its stored. Overall appears to be in good shape, not pristine.
They"re not sure of its worth so asked me to let them know. I want to treat them fair - again long time repeat client for the day job.
I really do have enough projects or things around here that need attention, but just can"t resist the opportunity - and the machine. And... gee, I don't have a snowblower.
So... any thoughts on pricing or where to find out? Google searches really haven"t turned much up at all other than I think its a lawn tractor and not a garden tractor.
Thanks
Tony

simplicity/ allis chalmers garden/lawn traactor site is- simpletractors dot com, lots of info there on this brand

Tony I Have seen some of those go for big bucks
mower and snow blade recently in our local creigslist.

tractors alone (depending on the shape 200.00-700.00
and some of those need at least carb work.
deck 50.00 to 150.00 snow blower 100.00- 250.00

sweeper 50.00- 150.00 for a good used agrifab - or craftsman. ( same company made them )

Not just being a lawn mower they are designed for ground engaging equipment (Plow, Disk etc.

You didn't mention if it had a TPH on it would add a little for that as well.

I agree with Uncle Earnice on a close ballpark figure.

Thanks to all for the input.
It does not have a 3 pt but does have a pto for the attachments.
Overall in appearance, it seems to be a standard looking 8hp riding mower, but being a Simplicity has the attachments and that capability.
Looked through the simpletractors site and about all I could find was some confirmation it may be a 1978. Comparing it to other models, it seems to be on the smaller end without the more tractor like abilities of the larger models.
Anymore input is much appreciated. I'll keep searching too. Would like to get some more good info before approaching them. Will also probably call a dealer.
Thanks
Tony

OK If this is the one It isn't a ground engaging style tractor basically a lawn mower , but are a pretty good little machine.

If I was to make an offer I would start around 350.00 if in nice shape. this tractor would be between 150.00 to 250.00 tops for it with a usable mower deck. allowing for the extras I wouldn't go too far over 450.00

one thing to look good at is the gear at the bottom of the steering column and see if it has been slipping checking for worn teeth. although some can be replaced or shimmed to make correct contact

That"s it!!!
Looks to be in similar condition too. I will definitely check out the gear - good to know.
It just seems to be the right size to be fun, move some snow where the old Ford gets cumbersome with the plow, etc.
I appreciate the help on this.
Now, as long as they move forward with their plans I might have another old machine to add to fuel my habit.
by the way - where"d you find the pic?
Thanks

Tony

I just googled for an image of that model number

You may even find a free downloadable manual for it if ya google that too
