What is it about tractors that stick with you. I was raised on a farm and after marrage bought 40 acres.
My health was failing so we moved to a 7 acre place. Health further deteriated and had to move closer to town.
I now have almost two acres but through all this, I still got a smaller tractor and equipment. Heck--I still have my backhoe. :D
Sure makes easy work with tough jobs and some people just don't understand my passion for Tractors and equipment.
I guess if I have to move to an apartment, in town, I may loose some of my love for machinery

It is part of our past and the past is what people look back at when times get ruff. I was never raised with tractors as such but lived in farm country off and on and have always wanted a farm. Ya now days I only put up hay and not all that much. Maybe 40 round bales in a good year and 200-35lbs square bales and I get help with the square bales. Would I move from here HECK no it is payed for and was my dads and will be my kids when I am gone. My have my ashes spread on the place just so I can watch after it when I am gone. LOL

I am stuck in town, Retired and not too tired. Keep the tractor and stuff at a Grandsons place. Do his mowing etc. Works good for both of us

I live in a HOA managed community and sights and sounds are controled ,so as such having a tractor or two sitting around is not possible. My answer was and is to collect these little machines. 1/16th scale is my prefered size and I am not color blind. This gives me something to relate to about my life on the farm in my youth. I like to buy yard sale types and rebuild if needed and repaint them .
