OK I bought this stuff today . little over $12.00
at auto zone I believe it would work better in warmer weather and not spitting snow. sure is easier than the sanding method I used before.

I rubbed in in two coats could see it making a big difference left dry a bit applied sealer and the result you see is here on the Jeep ( they were rusty)
I did one tail light to show the difference on My PU the other side shows how they were faded
took less than 15 min for all shown.

that's what i hated about car companys going to plastic lenses, in winter, they never melted snow off h-lights. glass was better, cleaned better. see better at night. "jeep" i see a ford. lol

I usually just go over them with a DA sander and 1,000 grit paper, then hit them with a buffer with a medium grit compound and a second time with a finish compound.

But, that's stuff I already have on the shelf and that's basically what the kits are.

Roy, tooth paste does just as good a job for a lot less money, just rub them good with a towel and wash it off. you may have to do it a couple of times, but they will look new when finished. btdt, chuck

I scuff the lense down with fine steel wool, tape around the light, and put 2 coats of that clear aerosol spray paint from Wal-Mart on them, 1 can costs 96 cents, and will do about 10 cars/trucks, and lasts for years. Works on front, and rear, lights.
