We got there at 8:45 A.M., it was 33 degrees
and snowing and sleeting. Wind was about 30-35
MPH. There were only about 100 cars in the lot
Most of the venders wern"t open, or were closing
up and leaving. WIND CHILL WAS MURDER! I could
hardly stand to walk around. We left for a 2-1/2 drive back to Wisconsin, at 10:30. At that time
the big lot only had about 25 venders left, all
were pulling out!
On the way home we stopped at the NORTHERN TOOL
store in Rochester MN, I couldn"t believe the
High Prices ! Merchandise appeared to be high
quality chinese stuff..much better that Harbor
Freight..but prices were much higher than Home
Depot, for the same brands.

LeSeur is a real conundrum. Catches me and many in the area when if the ground is fit we should be planting corn.

If the weather is like you described on Sunday it is barely worth going. I have been there on Friday's and Saturdays with weather like that and the situation was about the same. Guys with everything covered up and others pulling out. Even if it is warm and sunny the last day is kinda a waste if you are in a buying mood. Everything is pretty well picked over.

My biggest gripe this year was the golf cart rental outfit. Last year I called ahead to reserve one and was told they don't do reservations any more and it is first come first served. Get there this year and they ask me my name and if I had a reservation. AAARRRGGGHHH. Wound up picking up a few pieces to haul stuff and buddy and I walked it.
