timing the pickup on 530 JD roller

I took my pickup apart because it had bent rails in it. Rails have been replaced. Now I can"t get it timed back to the cam in the pickup. It wants to lock up when you turn it by hand. Does anybody know where I can get an online service manual for it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When I replace the cam I try to vision the relationship the teeth need to point to pickup the hay and then they tend to fold over when at the rear of pickup next to tailgate. I'll agree the installation of the cam came test ones patience. Also having the cam installed correctly is important. Just think the newer JD rd hay balers have a cam on each end of pickup.
