That tube that runs from under the cap down the side of the radiator is often damaged or missing alltogether. If yours needs repair or replacement, a lot of folks just use a piece of rubber gas or vaccuum hose and route it down the left side of the radiator to the area of the drain plug. That keeps the overflow from blowing all over the motor when it hits the fan. The other posts are right about the coolant level, just don't let it get too low or the thermosyphon system won't work. A little overflow when the tractor is hot and working hard is normal.
