Figure just a bit less than 2 HP per KW. So a 25 KW generator would require about 50 HP at the PTO to carry the generator's RATED load. However if all you are running is a 120 volt pump and maybe a few lights, your C should pull it easily. Just be sure not to exceed the C's HP capacity, thus causing the tractor/generator combination down. Otherwise you risk overheating and damage to any induction loads (motors) connected to the generator.
