SC belt pulley question

I am still working at equipping my Super C with an operational belt pulley. My parts manual specifies that an oil tube is required. It is not obvious to me where one would go. Not only that, but I don't have one and haven't found one. Bates has a used PTO oil slinger, but my parts manual doesn't list it. Any ideas?
