and unless you know the history of the tractor, or an existing Farmall decal is for sure original--I don't think you can be sure if it is really a Farmall or International anyway. The tags all say McCormick Farmall 140, as far as I know (at least around 1966). So I don't see how the correct police could catch you.
Of course, if your name is Farmall Hal, you may prefer that it actually be a Farmall. I just don't think you can be sure if it is not original paint/decals.
