At the farm museum we use a 49 Ford 8N with a 501 mower to cut most of the time ( but sometimes use a 50 Cub with #22 mower). we have a mordern 2 basket tedder, To rake we have a New Idea 401 wheel rake. Our baler is a NH 68 with a wisconsin 2 cyl. power unit sitting on top. As for hauling the bales in we use an old 2 place snowmobile traler. This hi-tec operation makes about 600 bales a year to feed animals with 2 retired men.
