I"m 60 and quit 6 years ago with the patch in one try. I started smoking at 13 and was up to 2 1/2 packs a day the dead cowboy brand. Was always scared to quit then when a carton was around 50 bucks I bought the patch. I thought it was pretty easy. Chewed gum for something to do and used the patch by the instructions. I did buy a 12 day supply of the #2 step. Try it you will be glad you did.
