Last year my grass hay dried like you fellas from out west talk about, but normally, like the 8 acres I cut last Thursday afternoon it was a good drying day (low humidity on Friday then high humidity Saturday and I tried to bale Saturday evening...too wet. The storms moved north and missed me so I was able to ted it out in the am, then rake and bale in the pm. I usually need 4 good days to make hay here.
