Thanks . Two bedrooms, bathroom, open area for bar etc . One room for my reloading bench and gun safes. They manhandled a power trowel down there. Did great job on finish. Used " Form a Drain" for footings. Its tied into sump pit. After solid week of rain I had about an inch of water in pit. The sump pit cover sticks up above floor a little. Wasn't required to have one but thought foolish not to. Also did 20 x 8 inch footing . 16 x 8 was code. Pretty happy to be at this point. Roughly four years working on it. Got burned out few times and took few breaks from it. Thanks for all the great advice and encouragement from everyone one here. There will be a party and your all invited!

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
