Actually no you can't. It's a violation of your 1st amendment rights. Some town arrested a guy for using the F bomb in a town meeting. The courts found those laws unconstitutional. The law may be on the books but they can't enforce it without A: losing in court and B: getting the snot sued out of the agency that tires to enforce it.
Guys it's simple. It's constituently protected speech. You on the other hand have no right to not to be offended. So the F bomb users are exercising their rights while the offended don't have any rights about being offended.
You can either ignore it or raise a fuss. Just remember, when we bow down to the "politically correct god" we are freely giving up our right to free speech! An example would be a racial slur. You can legally say it all you want to except when you are in a physical altercation with a person you are using that racial slur against. That turns a simple assault into a hate crime. And even then you are not being charged with using that slur. They use that slur to prove that the assault was racially motivated.
Your best bet in a place of business when the hire help is using language like that is to talk to management. They do have the power to say that language isn't acceptable in the work place.
