Have been looking through the archives on stuck engines and have realized I already did the wrong thing by pulling it around. I am going to take the head off and see where I can go from there, I know there are some stuck valves anyway. The water in the crankcase must have come through the muffler that had a couple little holes rusted in it. The radiator is full to the top with antifreeze so I know nothing is cracked through a water jacket at least.
