Are you using the Upload Photos/Videos near the bottom of the posting window? The one with the Choose Files button? As I am unsure if the old Advanced Posting Tools area even works anymore.
Photo (and video) file sizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames WITHOUT spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case. (So I think it has to be .jpg NOT .JPEG or .png not .PNG)
